1. The platform
World Kid Talent operates an international online talent competition for children aged 0–14. Participation is free; optional paid vote packages support contestants and the running of the competition.
2. Accounts & eligibility
Accounts may only be created by a parent or legal guardian aged 18+. By registering a child you confirm you hold parental responsibility and consent to the child's participation. Children may not create or operate accounts.
3. Content & moderation
You warrant that all uploaded photos and videos are of your own child and that you own the rights to them. All content is moderated before publication. We may reject or remove content that is inappropriate, misleading or infringes third-party rights.
4. Competition & voting
Each season has four stages with published dates, vote thresholds and qualification rules. Votes obtained through automation, fraud or manipulation are void and may lead to disqualification. Stage results are audited before publication and are final.
5. Purchases
Vote packages are digital purchases delivered instantly and are non-refundable except where required by law. Refunded or charged-back purchases result in the corresponding votes being removed.
6. Withdrawal & erasure
You may withdraw your child and delete their profile at any time from the parent dashboard. See our Privacy Policy for how data is erased.
7. Liability
The platform is provided 'as is'. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amounts you have paid us in the preceding 12 months.
