I confirm that I am the parent, legal guardian, or otherwise legally authorized to provide consent for the child I am registering.
I consent to World Kids Talent collecting, displaying and using the child’s submitted photographs, videos and related competition content for the operation, promotion and documentation of World Kids Talent, including on its website, competition profiles, winner announcements, Hall of Fame, promotional and editorial materials, and the World Kids Talent digital magazine.
I understand that photos or videos I upload will not be shared on World Kids Talent’s social media channels without my separate consent.
I understand that the child’s first name, age and country may be displayed publicly with their competition profile and related content.
I understand that after the competition ends, participants’ profiles are archived and no longer shown publicly on the website. If the child is a category winner, their photo and limited information may remain in the Hall of Fame and appear in the World Kids Talent digital magazine.
I understand that I may contact World Kids Talent to request removal of content that remains under World Kids Talent’s control. However, once the digital magazine has been published and distributed, complete removal cannot be guaranteed, and content that has already been downloaded, shared, reposted or distributed by third parties may also not be capable of being completely removed.
