Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 2026
1. Who we are
World Kid Talent ('we') processes personal data of parents and, under parental consent, limited data of child contestants, to run an international talent competition.
2. What we collect
Parent account data (name, email or phone, country); child profile data provided by the parent (name, birthdate, country, city, talent, biography, photos/videos); voting and purchase records; technical data used for fraud prevention.
3. Children's data
Children's data is provided exclusively by a verified parent. Public profiles are data-minimised: first name and last initial, age (not birthdate), country and optional city. Consent is recorded per child and can be withdrawn at any time, which unpublishes the profile.
4. How we use data
To operate the competition (profiles, rankings, results), process payments, prevent fraud, send transactional messages, and — with separate opt-in — newsletters. We never sell personal data and never allow direct contact with children.
5. Retention & erasure
Profiles and media are deleted on parent request or account closure. Financial records are retained in anonymised form as required by law. Vote ledgers are retained for audit with personal identifiers removed.
6. Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, portability and objection — exercised from the parent dashboard or by emailing privacy@worldkidtalent.com. This is a demo document — final policy requires legal review before launch.
